Shipping Policy

As stated throughout our website, all orders are shipped at no additional cost usually within 24 hours. This timeframe assumes that full and cleared payment has been received by us. Whilst we always aim to ship all orders within 24 hours this is not guaranteed, as there will always be circumstances over which we have absolutely no control. A confirmation of despatch date will be emailed to all buyers and any significant delay will always be notified as soon as possible, including back orders. All orders are always shipped exclusively from our UK facilities. Packaging for all orders is discreet and shows only destination address, return address and required postage marks.

All UK orders with free shipping are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post or by Royal Mail First Class Registered (Signed For) Post if additional charge is paid.
All other orders are shipped by Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail Service or by Royal Mail Registered (Signed For) Airmail Small Packet Service if additional charge is paid.
None of the Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail Services provide any tracking facilities. The Registered (Signed For) Service only provides proof of delivery.
We are not able to offer any kind of trackable shipping service whatsoever within our free shipping policy due to cost restraints. Exceptionally and entirely at our discretion, we may occasionally agree to ship by trackable means for an agreed additional charge, which must be paid in full prior to despatch.

For all standard free shipping please allow 10 days for UK mail and 28 days for all other mail before contacting us to report non-delivery.

All buyers outside of the UK accept all responsibilities at all times for all customs and import related issues and should make themselves aware of their domestic customs and import rules prior to ordering products from this site. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss due to impounding of goods by customs or other authorities nor for any additional charges levied by such authorities. Furthermore where goods are impounded or believed to be so, we reserve the right to decline to supply a replacement order or offer a refund at our absolute discretion.
